PleasedI've just returned from a trip to Tennessee and New York. I saw the Gibson factory in Memphis, I went to Elvis's house, and even got a new guitar. \m/ Or rather, the guitar itself isn't new, but it's newly mine and didn't cost me anything. My dad's going to clean it up for me [today] and ship it down from New York [eventually]. It's a Gibson Epiphone Jazzbox, and it's got beautiful tone. It's an electric you can play like an acoustic, and I really could've used it for jazz band. Telecasters are not the best carriers of sound...
But hey, free guitar. My last remaining grandparent is set on getting a Wii for herself- I used to play the old Mario games with her as far back as I can remember. She even kicked my ass in Wii bowling a few times this visit. ><
Anyway, I spent a good bit of my graduation money on video games, including:
Pokemon:
Emerald
Leaf Green
Fire Red [slightly before graduation, actually, but my mom payed for it and called it a present
]Colliseum
and X D : Gale of Darkness
And last, but certainly not least, Kingdom Hearts II [fuck yeah!
]Oh, and if anyone's going to Gamestop or EB Games to get any used games, I have a card for a 10% discount I'd be happy to share.
So, um, I'm job searching this week, but otherwise, my schedule's pretty much free... anyone wanna hang out? ................anybody?
